01 What Vegetable Character Design needed
The brief asked for a set of vegetable characters in retro mascot style, reading as friendly without tipping into children's media territory, with enough personality variation to differentiate each vegetable without losing the set's visual family.
02 How the studio approached it
WOBL anchored each character on a retro mascot proportion: large head, compact body, over-scaled feet. A shared color palette of warm earth tones and one saturated accent per character kept the set coherent, with linework echoing 1970s advertising illustration.
03 What came out of it
Deliverables included a full character line-up with expression sheets and turnaround views.
